Review of the Auckland Plan

Scope:

Identified factual information to be updated and undertook an environmental scan of policy developments and the Auckland’s economic trends.
Designed questionnaire and interviewed stakeholders to guage the currency of strategic objectives and policy direction in both the Auckland Plan 2012 and Economic Development Strategy 2012.
Recommended the scope of changes which should be made as part of the Auckland Plan refresh (currently underway)
